Payment Method

We accept the following methods of payment Credit Cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DEBIT card as well paypal.  If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit please email us at precioustinybrainy@gmail.com to send you an invoice and we can send through our bank details.

Layby

If you choose to pay by layby, please contact us at precioustinybrainy@gmail.com to send you an invoice and we can send through our bank details.

Our layby terms and conditions are:

• A minimum transaction of AUD$150 and a minimum non refundable deposit of 20% of the layby is due immediately. The payment of this deposit is considered acceptance of these terms. Amount paid will be forfeited if an order is cancelled.

• Your layby is to be collected or posted by the due date.

• Your balance is payable within 3 months of the date of your order. It is the customers responsibility to pay off the outstanding amount in time before the due date. 

• If you do not make payments when they are due, we will cancel the layby and the stock from your order will be put back into our inventory after the due date has passed. We will retain an amount of $50 to cover administration cost.

• Payment must be made in full before items will be shipped. Please contact us with your order details when your balance has been paid in full.

• All good will be dispatched when the invoice is paid in full. Individual items may not be separated from a layby parcel until final payment is received. It is also not possible to make any changes to an existing Layby, for example swapping items with others or removing items.

• The price at the time of your order is final. No further discounts may be applied.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Once payment has been confirmed, we will then send you another email that we have dispatched your goods with our tracking number.

Pre-Order & Availability

There are times when popular products can go out of stock and we apologise for any inconvenience. When an item is out of stock we occasionally offer pre-order sales. You will see this when the button is highlighted stating preorder. Preorder item usually will take 2 to 8 weeks to be in stock. Should you require an estimated arrival date, please contact us for confirmation. The date can change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances with our suppliers. By clicking preorder & checking out this will reserve stock for you in the next shipment and will be sent out to you as soon as it arrives into warehouse.  If you order more than one item, we will ship when all items are in stock. If you wish to have what is in stock send out to you first, there will be $10 additional postage fee charged for shipping.

Change of Mind

Before purchasing any of our products please read the description, as well as taking note of the measurements.  We advise if you are not sure on a product please email us for more information on the description.  We recommend to also have a tape measure to have a clear understanding about the sizing for each product. Please note due to COVID19, we do not accept return or refund due to hygiene purposes. Unless faulty item, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the item. There will be occasion that the pack has been open as we carefully inspect each item before sending out.
